TERMS & CONDITIONS
General
Kali Vice Surf Villa is an adult only accommodation and you must be 18 years or over to stay with us, unless accompanied by an adult supervision.
Check-in: Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. However you are welcome to drop off any luggage in our villa prior to your arrival, subject to availability.
Check-out: Departing guests must remove all their belongings from their room, and check out before 11am. After this time guests may make use of the luggage storage facilities but all possessions must be removed from the room and the room key handed back to reception.
All bookings are subject to availability and Kali Vice Surf Villa reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
Kali Vice Surf Villa shall only store and use information you supply to us or which is supplied to us for the purposes of carrying out our contract with you and to inform you of other services and offers which we may make available from time to time. If you do not wish to receive such information please let us know by emailing us at: khalilienterprise@gmail.com
Any oversights or errors in sales literature, on third party websites, order forms, quotations, price lists, order acknowledgements, despatch notes, invoices or other documents issued by us may be corrected by us without liability. We will advise you of any changes at the time of booking or as soon as is reasonably possible thereafter.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
All bookings reserve the right to be cancelled/amended if terms are not respected.

All reservations made directly with us are non-refundable, where we ask for half of the value of the reservation, through the means of a bank transfer, as a sign of your commitment and in return we will honour your request. The remaining amount shall be paid upon arrival. At our facility you can pay through cash, bank transfer or any other card payment.

Early departures are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

Guest Behaviour

The comfort of all of our guests is of paramount importance. Any guest who in the opinion of our staff compromises the comfort, safety, or security of other guests, staff or local residents will be requested to leave the hostel premises and will not be issued a refund.
Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, local residents and property.

Due to our Villas being in a residential area, noise distrubances can be an issue. According to Portuguese laws, noise pollution is not to be made from the hours of 23:00 until 07:00, thus we ask you to respect these laws for the sake of our neighbourhood and to avoid any enforcement by the local authorities.
If local authorities are called upon our villa due to noise pollution, the guests are liable for any potential fines or prosecutions made by the authorities.
Our swimming pool facilty is to be used in a respectful and safe manor. These facilities are to be used within the allocated hours of 09:00 until 20:30, use of these facilities outside these hours are not a liability to us and we retain the right to warn guests to not use these, as well as removing guests from our property without any refund to the guest upon failure of adeering to the rules.
Children remain the full responsibility of their parents. Since the swimming pool is a shared pool, it may be used solely by the guests registered at the moment of reservation. Items, stones or any other things or products may not be thrown into the water. Pets are prohibited in the swimming pool.Users who have applied sun cream, sun oil or any other fatty substance to rinse themselves off under the shower before bathing. If the liner is stained by sun oils or is damaged by the incorrect use of the swimming pool, said liner will be replaced and the cost charged to the lessee.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the villa's property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or to send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will of course make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without our prior consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, or to send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Kali Vice Surf Villa's building. Any guest found smoking within the rooms or inside the premises will be charged a fee of EUR 250 in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring the room to a smoke-free condition.

Further failure to comply will result in the guest(s) being asked to leave the premises immediately and will not be offered a refund. If you wish to smoke please use our many outdoor premises and please dispose of any cigarette buts.

Personal Property
​
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that their personal belongings are secure at all times. Kali Vice Surf Villa accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to property however sustained or caused.
Kali Vice Surf Villa reserve the right to only store lost and forgotten items for a period of 3 weeks. After the 3 week period, items will be disposed of and Kali Vice Surf Villa can no longer assist in recovering lost or forgotten items. Kali Vice Surf Villa takes no responsibility for forgotten or lost items and cannot guarantee that items can be found/recovered. Postage costs, where incurred, are to be paid by the receiver of the items. Kali Vice Surf Villa takes no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during postage.

CCTV Data
​
For the safety of our guests, and also for the safeguarding of our villa, we have installed CCTV facilities across Kali Vice Surf Villa. These are only faced towards open areas/gardens across our property and under no circustance these are faced to the inside of rooms or toilets. We hold the right to reserve this footage for safety purposes for the durationof 7 days, from which they are removed from our records.

If you feel uncomfortable under any circumstances please contact us and we shall turn these off for the duration of your stay, however we do not accept any liabilities caused during your stay, and in case of damage we shall charge you for any damages caused.
